Ill health is not always preventable, although to date every precaution has been successfully undertaken by myself to avoid such an occurrence, the possibility of this is always a threat. Therefore it must be agreed by both parties (the client and 'Oratorio') that if cancellation from either party with obvious proof and good reason, then no action can or will be taken by either party. If the cancellation be on the part of 'Oratorio' the deposit will be refunded.
